Suggested Use:
Shake well. Take 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) spread throughout the day. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with a half serving. Recommend adding it to flavored beverages or food to mask the strong mineral flavor. Take on a full stomach. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of children.
