Recommendation:

Adults swallow 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not chew.

Warning:

Do not use if you are pregnant, or attempting to become pregnant. The recommended daily serving contains 3,000 mcg of vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects. If you are nursing or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
