We have been using USA loaf pans in our test kitchen for years – and it’s one of our favorites! This bakeware is made of heavy gauge aluminized steel that allows for even heat distribution, which we have found to be very important with bread baking. The pans distinct fluted surface was designed to maximize strength, resist warping and increase durability. The fluted surface also allows for air circulation which allows for a more evenly baked product that releases easily.
