Ingredients:
Highly refined fish oil concentrate (from one or more anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel, sardine), fish gelatin (tilapia), glycerin, purified water, natural flavor, mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract.

Dosage and Use:
Take two (2) softgels one to two times daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
