- Integrative Therapeutics Liquid Calcium Magnesium provides a 1:1 ratio of calcium citrate to magnesium with a light berry flavor. Each tablespoon provides 500 mg of calcium and magnesium in absorbable citrate form.
- Liquid Calcium Magnesium also contains cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) for additional support. This formula is xylitol-free and does not contain vitamin K. A 1:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium allows proper absorption of both minerals.
- Also available in a 2 to 1 ratio Integrative Liquid Calcium Magnesium 2:1.

Recommendation:
Shake well before each use. Adults take 1 table spoon (tbsp) (15 mL) once daily with food or as recommended by a healthcare professional. If gastrointestinal (GI) upset occurs, take 1 teaspoons (tsp) (7.5 mL) twice daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.
