Description
GentleCath Glide™ with FeelClean Technology™ is the first and only intermittent urinary catheter where the slippery hydrophilic properties are integrated inside the catheter itself rather than having a sticky coating. Without this coating, FeelClean Technology™ does not stick, so it protects the delicate urethra, the body’s first line of defense against UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections). GentleCath™ catheters are not made with DEHP/DINP, BPA, or natural rubber latex, and is the only hydrophilic catheter that is not made with PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone).r

• Heat-polished, rounded eyelets designed to minimize friction, and a soft, rounded tip to aid smooth insertion.
r• 7” length hydrophilic intermitent catheter with straight tip for women.
r• FeelClean Technology™ that locks in the hydrophilic properties and doesn’t require a coating, so users can enjoy more comfort without the unpleasant mess or residue associated with coated catheters.¹
r• A smooth, slippery surface designed to make cathing easier. 90% of patients rated GentleCath Glide™ with FeelClean Technology™ better than their usual catheter for comfort during use.⁶
r• A no-touch handling sleeve helps prevent contamination of the catheter with bacteria from the hands.⁴’⁵
r• Ready to use catheter with no unnecessary delay. Users can start cathing as soon as they break the water sachet and wet the length of the catheter – so it can be used quickly and discreetly.
r• The only hydrophilic catheter that is not made with PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone).*
r• GentleCath™ catheters are not made with DEHP.**/DINP, BPA, or natural rubber latex.

r*PVP is used in glue and is what makes catheters sticky when they dry.
r**DEHP (di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate) is used to soften PVC plastic and is suspected to reduce fertility.
r†Urethral trauma is a risk factor of UTIs.
