Made in Austin, Texas using organic unbleached cotton, these handy brew filters offer a more sustainable way to brew tea or infusions, or to filter tinctures. Both filters may be used for hot or cold processes. They each come with a handy stainless-steel ring and strap system that can be used either as a closure or to weight the filter so that it stays put on the rim of your cup or jar.
The tea sock (2 per box, 4” x 5”) is perfect for a single cup of brew. Where the cold filter (1 per box, 12.25” x 6”) fits perfectly folded over the rim of a 32 oz. wide mouth canning jar for easy hands-free filtration.
Cleaning instructions: After each use, rinse to remove any stuck-on tea leaves, wring out and hang to dry thoroughly between brews. Additionally, it is recommended to occasionally boil the filter to remove excess oils or debris. Avoid detergents.
