Brief ANNUAL Nutritional Consult – Get 10% off most orders
Completing this once annual nutritional consult provides the patient / client with a 10% discount for the majority of our product lines. There are only a few product lines for which the patient / client 10% discount will not be eligible. The consult is completed by email between our Doctor and the patient / client. Most products are sold in limited quantities of one bottle of each item per month for the patient, unless our Doctor prescribes amounts requiring more dosages than one bottle’s content can provide throughout the month.
This is a great oppourtunity to SAVE since the consult fee is 75% less than prevailing rates. As a new patient / client member, we can help you with access to all of our products.
