Jarrow Formulas Three Per Day bone calcium supplement provides StimuCal ossein MicroCrystalline HydroxyApatite (MCHA) (from free-range New Zealand calves), an advanced combination of inorganic calcium lattice of MCHA within an organic protein milieu. StimuCal has been clinically demonstrated to not disproportionally spike calcium blood levels as do other calcium forms, such as the carbonate and citrate salt forms. This supplement also contains vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (as MK-7 from natural fermentation, a more bioavailable form of vitamin K) to support the proper deposition of calcium into the bone matrix and maintain skeletal integrity. Additionally, potassium citrate is included as a systemic alkalizer for optimal osteo support.
