DIRECTIONS:
Shake bottle before use.
Brows: Apply to clean brows daily. Swipe BLOOM onto brows using the roller ball applicator. Saturate brows thoroughly and massage in for an added boost by stimulating blood flow.
Lashes: Apply to clean lashes with care! DO NOT PLACE IN THE EYE! Gently massage into lashes and lid, just above lashes. Applying before bedtime is recommended!
